Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

Every order within the United States ships free. There's no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3-7 business days after they ship. Everything ships from US warehouses. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders

Carriers get busy around the holidays. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by December 14. Orders placed after that date may not arrive before December 25.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email randientservices@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
