Welcome to Trinket Bay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of trinketbay.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Trinket Bay ("we", "us", "our") is an online store selling gifts and gadgets. Our store runs on Shopify. You can reach us at randientservices@gmail.com.

2. Using the site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to break its security, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.

3. Products and descriptions

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors, sizes and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped from US warehouses. If an item arrives materially different from its description, our Refund Policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card number.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error). If we cancel after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers can be delayed, especially around holidays.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say so, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

9. Product use and safety

Please follow the instructions and safety warnings that come with each product, including charging instructions for battery-powered items. Products for children should be used with appropriate adult supervision. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.

10. Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to Trinket Bay or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

11. Disclaimers

Except where the law says otherwise, the site and products are provided "as is". Any manufacturer's warranty that comes with a product applies as stated by the manufacturer. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trinket Bay's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
